Any MAINLAND UK NND orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday to arrive Tuesday.
Please note that any international orders (outside of the UK) may incur customs charges, this is the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS POLICY
💕 Hi babe!
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Just email us at info@theseraphinacollection.com to arrange, its that easy! 💕
We do not offer returns on items where custom measurements are required e.g. leg length, bra size, height etc as these items have been custom made to order. Not accepting returns due to customisation, is inline with Consumer Rights Law.
We do not offer returns on swimwear, one pieces (bodysuits) or pants (this does also include sets containing these pieces) for hygiene reasons.
Returns can take up to 5-10 working days to be processed.
Items must be returned in an un worn, unwashed condition with no marks, make up or fake tan stains, body odour or smoke odour. If an item is returned, not in the original condition it was sent out, we will be unable to refund the item and it will be returned to you.
Unfortunately we do not cover the shipping fees for returned items, this is the responsibility of the customer. We urge customers returning their items back to us to use a valid and insured postal service, as well as keeping their proof of postage.
We are not responsible for any item(s) unsuccessfully returned back to our office; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the returns delivery is successful. In the event of an unsuccessful item return we will not be liable to offer an exchange/refund on the item(s).
Please be aware all items will be inspected upon return. Items must be unworn and undamaged. The item can be sent back in any packaging but please make sure the item is protected and waterproof packaging. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in a damaged condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items not returned in the required state.
Please note we do not offer exchanges on items, you would need to return the original item for a refund and re order from the website.
**Please note that our fabrics are delicately embellished with glitter so need to be handled with love and care. Sequin fabrics used in our Twinkle Dress and Twinkle Set are also delicately embellished fabrics and need to be handled with love and care. Catching or snagging the fabric will cause a run of sequins to come undone. This is not a fault of the fabric, but is dependent on care taken whilst wearing**
